But who wins in a fight? This is one of the most debated cross-series matchups in all of anime, and it's far more interesting than most "who would win" debates because both characters rely on hax as much as raw power.

Aizen's Arsenal

Aizen's power comes from three sources: Kyoka Suigetsu, the Hogyoku, and his own absurd spiritual pressure.

Does Kyoka Suigetsu work on Madara?

This is the entire debate. If Aizen's hypnosis works, Madara can't fight what he can't perceive. He'd be swinging at illusions while Aizen strikes from blind spots.

Arguments for it working: Kyoka Suigetsu affected every Bleach character regardless of power level. It's not a mental attack like genjutsu - it's sensory manipulation. Madara's Sharingan counters genjutsu specifically, but Aizen's ability operates on a different mechanism.

Raw destructive power?

Madara wins. Ten-Tails Madara's output - summoning meteors, casting planetary jutsu, Truth-Seeking Orbs - exceeds anything Aizen showed. Aizen's best destructive feat is his Fragor explosions against Ichigo, which were mountain-level at best.

Durability / Immortality?

Aizen wins. Hogyoku immortality has no known upper limit. Aizen survived Mugetsu and regenerated from an attack that transcended dimensional levels.
