Quinella, known as the Administrator, is the supreme ruler of the Axiom Church and the main antagonist of the Alicization arc. The first human born in the Underworld, she discovered how to manipulate the Cardinal System's Sacred Arts to grant herself god-like power and effective immortality. Over 300 years, she consolidated absolute control over the Underworld by synthesizing Integrity Knights from the strongest warriors and erasing their memories to ensure loyalty.
