Bartholomew Kuma

Bartholomew Kuma is a former king of the Sorbet Kingdom, a former officer of the Revolutionary Army, and a former member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. He was gradually converted into a Pacifista cyborg by Dr. Vegapunk as part of a deal with the World Government, losing his free will and memories in the process. Despite this, his final conscious act was programming himself to protect the Thousand Sunny until the Straw Hats returned. His Nikyu Nikyu no Mi gives him the power to repel anything he touches, including pain, air, and even abstract concepts like fatigue.
