Father

Father, also known as the Dwarf in the Flask or Homunculus, is the main antagonist of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Originally a tiny amorphous being created from the blood of Van Hohenheim in ancient Xerxes, he manipulated events to gain a human-like body and eventually orchestrated the destruction of an entire nation to absorb its souls. Father created the seven Homunculi from aspects of his own personality and spent centuries manipulating Amestris toward a nationwide transmutation circle. His ultimate goal is to absorb God itself and become a perfect being, transcending the limitations placed upon him as a homunculus.
