ABOUT HITOSHI SHINSO
Hitoshi Shinso is a U.A. student who was initially placed in the General Studies department despite his dream of becoming a hero. His Quirk, Brainwashing, allows him to control anyone who verbally responds to him, putting them in a suggestible state. Though powerful, his Quirk was often viewed as villainous, causing him years of social stigma. After impressing during the U.A. Sports Festival and undergoing special training with Eraser Head, he was transferred to the Hero Course. He uses Artificial Vocal Cords to disguise his voice and trick opponents into responding.
