Kaido

Kaido of the Beasts, also known as the "Strongest Creature in the World," was the Governor-General of the Beasts Pirates and one of the Four Emperors (Yonko). A former member of the legendary Rocks Pirates, Kaido sought to create the mightiest all-Zoan military force and wage a final war against the World Government. His Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu allows him to transform into a colossal azure dragon. Kaido survived 40 execution attempts, sank 9 prison ships, was captured by the Marines and Yonko 18 times, and his hobby was attempting suicide from sky islands. He was finally defeated by Luffy's Gear 5 in Wano.
