Korra

Korra is the Avatar succeeding Aang, born into the Southern Water Tribe. Bold, headstrong, and passionate, she is the opposite of her predecessor in temperament. Korra mastered water, earth, and fire at a young age but initially struggled with airbending and the spiritual aspects of being the Avatar. Throughout her journey in Republic City and beyond, she faces threats that challenge not just her physical strength but her identity as the Avatar, including losing and eventually restoring her connection to the past Avatars. Her experiences with trauma, recovery, and personal growth make her one of the most complex Avatars in the cycle.
