Mad Pierrot / Tongpu

Mad Pierrot, also known as Tongpu, is a terrifying assassin created through illegal government experiments that granted him superhuman abilities at the cost of his sanity. Resembling a fat, cheerful clown, he is nearly invulnerable to bullets thanks to an electromagnetic shield, possesses superhuman speed, and wields a cane-gun with lethal precision. The experiments regressed his mind to that of a child, making him both incredibly dangerous and tragically broken.
