Rumi Usagiyama, known professionally as Mirko, is the No. 5 Pro Hero and the highest-ranked female hero in Japan. A rabbit-type Mutant Quirk user, she possesses extraordinary leg strength, speed, and agility that surpass nearly all other heroes. She is fiercely independent, refusing to work with sidekicks or hero agencies, and thrives on solo combat. During the Paranormal Liberation War, she stormed Jaku Hospital alone and fought multiple High-End Nomu simultaneously, losing her left arm and suffering severe injuries but refusing to stop fighting.
