ABOUT MUSCULAR
Muscular is a villain and former member of the Vanguard Action Squad of the League of Villains. A sadistic murderer who revels in violence, he killed the Water Hose hero duo (Kota Izumi's parents) simply for the thrill of it. His Quirk, Muscle Augmentation, allows him to amplify and manipulate his muscle fibers, vastly increasing his strength, speed, and durability. He is one of the most physically powerful characters in the series, and it took Izuku Midoriya using One For All at 1,000,000% (Delaware Detroit Smash) to defeat him during the Forest Training Camp Arc.
