Phoenix Man

Phoenix Man is a Demon-level monster and executive of the Monster Association who was originally a man in a phoenix costume. After being killed and resurrecting multiple times, his monster suit fused with his body, granting him true phoenix-like powers. Each death makes him stronger upon resurrection. In his Brilliant Eagle form and beyond, he demonstrated the ability to create psychic dimensions, revive the dead, and threatened to reach Dragon-level power through continuous rebirth cycles.
