Shion

Shion is Rimuru Tempest's First Secretary, personal bodyguard, and one of the Twelve Guardian Lords. Originally an Ogre princess, she evolved into a Wicked Oni and later into a divine being after gaining her Ultimate Skill. Despite being terrible at cooking — her meals are legendarily inedible — she is an incredibly powerful fighter and one of Rimuru's most loyal subordinates. She wields an enormous odachi named Hercules Edge. After dying in the Falmuth Kingdom's attack, she was resurrected by Rimuru's Demon Lord awakening.
