Star and Stripe

Cathleen Bate, known as Star and Stripe, was the No. 1 Pro Hero of the United States and one of the most powerful heroes in the world. Inspired by All Might's rescue of her family during a villain attack in her youth, she dedicated her life to heroism. Her Quirk, New Order, allowed her to impose rules on anything she touched by speaking its name, granting her near-limitless power over reality itself. She was deployed to Japan to aid against Tomura Shigaraki and engaged him in an aerial battle, ultimately sacrificing herself by implanting a self-destructive rule within New Order to sabotage the Quirks Shigaraki had stolen.
