Veldora Tempest

Veldora is one of the four True Dragons and the youngest brother among them. Known as the Storm Dragon, he was sealed for 300 years in the Sealed Cave by the Hero Chloe using Unlimited Imprisonment before Rimuru encountered and befriended him. He gave Rimuru the name 'Tempest' and received the family name in return, forming a soul corridor that links them. After being freed through Rimuru's analysis of the seal, Veldora adopted a human form and became an enthusiastic (if sometimes irresponsible) member of Tempest, spending much of his time reading manga. Despite his casual demeanor, he is one of the most powerful beings in the world.
