Whis

Whis is the attendant and martial arts teacher of Beerus, the God of Destruction of Universe 7. As an Angel, Whis is one of the most powerful beings in the Dragon Ball multiverse, far surpassing even Beerus in combat ability. He has mastered Ultra Instinct, a state that allows his body to move and react independently of conscious thought. Despite his immense power, Whis maintains a calm, jovial personality and primarily serves as a mentor and guide. He is bound by angelic law to remain neutral in conflicts and cannot directly intervene in mortal affairs, though he occasionally bends these rules through creative interpretation.
