ABOUT WISEMAN / DEATH PHANTOM
Wiseman, also known as Death Phantom, is the primary antagonist of the Black Moon arc in Sailor Moon. He is an ancient evil sorcerer who was banished from Earth by Neo-Queen Serenity in the 30th century. Fusing with the planet Nemesis, he gained immense dark power and manipulated the Black Moon Clan to seek revenge against Crystal Tokyo. Wiseman controls dark energy, creates illusions, and can corrupt even the purest hearts, as he did with Chibiusa, transforming her into Black Lady.
